Cases

We deliver wastewater treatment and pure water systems for a broad range of industries through a fully integrated, in-house process—from design and fabrication to installation and after-sales support. Each solution is engineered to your requirements and specifications, ensuring proven performance and reliability. After commissioning, our comprehensive support program safeguards stable, long-term operation.

Plating Process
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Wastewater discharged from plating equipment contains large amounts of heavy metals (complexes) and hazardous substances that are difficult to treat. Furthermore, there have been an increasing number of successes in recycling of plating process wash water. NCE provides plants developed through a combination of advanced know-how and cutting-edge technology to help you meet stricter than regulatory standards.

Coating Process
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

During coating pre-treatment, wastewater is generated from solvent degreasing, conversion coating cleaning and other such operations. Furthermore, when waste fluids containing high concentrations of organic compounds are introduced from electrodeposition, painting booth operations and other such operations, combined utilization of approaches including of flocculation-sedimentation tank treatment and biological treatment equipment becomes necessary. NCE can propose various treatment approaches incorporating biofilms, bio-carriers, membrane bio reactor, etc.

Fluorine-containing
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Regulations for fluorine treatment require fluorine content between 15 mg/L and 8 mg/L or less, which has become difficult to achieve using the calcium-induced precipitation method. Even more advanced technologies are required to treat wastewater containing complex fluorides and borofluorides. Our highly experienced technical staff can assist customers by proposing optimal treatment solutions based on the latest technologies.

Barrel Finishing
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

In barrel finishing, surfactants from compounds, suspended solids (SS) from grinding media, oils from substances to adhered workpieces, and other debris are discharged in great quantities. NCE proposes numerous solutions for processing of polishing wastewater, including batch production for small-quantity treatment operations, drum dryer utilization for closed processing, etc.

PCB
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Printed circuit board (PCB) production plants use an increasingly wide range of resists, developing and stripping solutions, copper sulfate plating, etchants, etc. At NCE, we build and propose advanced treatment equipment designed to match the specific characteristics of the wastewater to be treated.

Anodization
Wastewater Treatment Facilities

Aluminum anodization processes emit wastewater with low pH values containing suspended solids (SS) of aluminum, nickel from sealing agents, etc. Neutralization is required prior to sewerage discharge of waste fluids, whereas flocculation and sedimentation treatment is required prior to river discharge.

Water Supply Equipment

This equipment is used to produce industrial-use water from tap water or river water sources, or from recycled water previously used in manufacturing processes. We make us of membrane treatment, ion-exchange resins and so forth, adopting processes optimized for the properties of the water to be treated in order to produce water that meets customer needs. This can enable, for example, the use of river water or groundwater in place of city-supplied water to reduce industrial water procurement costs.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
Process

The activated sludge process is utilized for treatment of organic compounds, nitrogenous substances and so forth in wastewater. Standard activated sludge treatment utilizes a settling tank for separation of the treated water and activated sludge, but rising sludge can make separation difficult, sometimes resulting in contamination by polluted sludge. With the development of the membrane bioreactor (MBR) approach, it is possible to separate polluted sludge using a membrane to prevent contamination of the treated water.
