Coating Process
Wastewater Treatment Facilities
Pretreated wastewater from coating processes can be broadly classified as water containing zinc phosphate, iron phosphate or fluoride. Furthermore, wash water used after electrodeposition which contains high BOD and COD levels must undergo nitrogen and biological treatment.
NCE’s coating process wastewater treatment starts with the selection of an inorganic flocculant appropriate to the wastewater being treated, and we then provide equipment for flocculation and sedimentation, biological treatment, rapid filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and finally reduction of BOD and COD to below regulation values.
Components of Coating Process Wastewater Treatment Facilities
The following equipment is used to treat wastewater from coating processes.
Flocculation-Sedimentation Equipment
This equipment removes heavy metals, suspended solids (SS), colloidal substances and other substances found in inorganic wastewater.
Hazardous substances in the water can be quickly separated and precipitated out.
Pressure Flotation Equipment
This equipment treats wastewater through generation of micro-bubbles to remove high-concentration oils, suspended solids (SS), etc.
These tiny bubbles adhere to the substances and separate them via flotation to the top in a short period of time.
Biological Treatment Equipment
Biological treatment is the most common method of treating of organic wastewater.
NCE recommends an aerobic wastewater treatment approach. We offer treatment methods tailored to the contents of the wastewater to be treated.
Nitrogenous Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Nitrogenous and phosphorus substances in industrial wastewater must be removed thoroughly for the protection of natural environment.
NCE can provide nitrogen removal technologies through this equipment, based on the knowledge that NCE has acquired from the experience of wastewater treatment for long time.
Rapid Filtration Towers
Our rapid filtration equipment provides filtration of supernatant water in the sedimentation tank and removal of solid matter, suspended particles, etc. in such water. The upper filter media can efficiently remove everything from large particles to small suspended solids (SS).
Activated Carbon Adsorption Towers
Even after flocculation-sedimentation, filtering and other such treatments, subtle odors and small amounts of organic compounds will remain. Our activated carbon adsorption towers can clean your water even further.
Fully Automated Compression Filter Presses
Our fully automated compact filter press equipment boasts 0.7 MPa of compressive strength, making it possible to produce low-water-content filter cakes from high-viscosity slurry.
